The crime war between thugs, mafia, and police is on the go. It is getting hotter as one of the thug leader, the Smash Monster, also known as the underground pit fighting contest overlord is caught by the cops and become a prisoner.

After years in prison, with the help of his underlings from the pit fighting underground thugs, the Smash Monster escaped from the high security prison of Police City! Now this monster prisoner is rampaging the futuristic Police City to win the big war. The police are ready to defend the city at all cost.

Cops, SWAT, FBI, CIA and robots are unleashed to capture the bulking monster, dead or alive. Of course the monster wont be caught easily thanks to his superhuman strength, inhuman endurance and vice speed.

جنگ جنایت بین اراذل و اوباش ، مافیا و پلیس در جریان است. داغتر می شود به عنوان یکی از رهبران اوباش ، یعنی Smash Monster ، که همچنین به عنوان مسابقه مبارزه با گودال زیرزمینی شناخته می شود ، توسط پلیس دستگیر می شود و یک زندانی می شود.

پس از گذشت سالها زندان ، با کمک زیراندازهایش از گودالهایی که با اراذل و اوباش زیرزمینی مبارزه می کنند ، Monster Smash از زندان با امنیت بالا پلیس Police فرار کرد! اکنون این زندانی هیولا برای پیروزی در جنگ بزرگ ، به دنبال شهر پلیس آتیه است. پلیس آماده است به هر قیمتی از شهر دفاع کند.

پلیس ، SWAT ، FBI ، CIA و روبات ها برای گرفتن یک هیولای بزرگ ، مرده یا زنده رونمایی می شوند. مطمئناً هیولا به لطف قدرت فوق بشری ، استقامت غیرانسانی و سرعت کم سرعت به راحتی درگیر نمی شود.
